With people spending more time online and evidence of increased use of social media in day-to-day news, information gathering and trading, the potential marketing benefits of embracing digital strategies are significant. At this year’s IR Magazine Forum – North America, Rich Babineau, Mediant’s Director of Client Success and Business Development for Issuer Solutions, participated on the panel, “Embracing Digital Strategies to Improve Shareholder Engagement”. He discussed how the growth in retail investments has impacted issuers, how to build connections with smaller investors, and how to best connect with shareholders in regard to virtual shareholder meetings.
