Arthur Rosenzweig is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mediant. He has over 30 years of management experience delivering technology-enabled services to more than 2,000 banks, securities firms, institutional investors and corporate issuers in more than 20 countries. He is also a founder/co-founder of several institutional research firms, including Gimme Credit, Credit Derivatives Research and High Frequency Economics. He serves as a director and member of the Board's Investment Committee. Prior to Mediant, Mr. Rosenzweig served as President of Proxy Monitor, a leading provider of institutional proxy services which acquired and merged into Institutional Shareholder Services in 2001. He earned his BA from Stanford University and his MA and PhD degrees in Economics from New York University.
Sherry Moreland is President and Chief Operating Officer for Mediant. Joining the company in 2007 as Director of Issuer Services, she brings more than 30 years of industry experience in broker/dealer operations, mutual fund processing, shareholder services operations, and retirement plan administration, among other functions to the role. Ms. Moreland previously served as Mediant’s Chief Operating Officer, managing operations and performance for the company’s fast-growing services to banks, brokers, corporate issuers and mutual funds. Prior to that role, she was Vice President and Senior Operations Manager for First Union’s Corporate Trust Group (now Wachovia), and Assistant Vice President of Operations for Reliance Trust Company. She also held positions at Primerica Financial Services in Operations and Customer Service. Ms. Moreland holds a BA in political science from University of Georgia, and serves on the Board of Visitors at its School of Public and International Affairs. Throughout her career Ms. Moreland has served on and chaired several industry and corporate committees and taskforces.
William Lauricella is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Mediant. Bringing more than 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive, he is responsible for all financial and administrative functions for Mediant. Prior to joining the company in 2015, Mr. Lauricella served as COO and CFO for M Cubed Technologies, Inc., a private-equity-backed developer and manufacturer of advanced composite materials, and CFO for Baldwin Technology Company, Inc., a publicly-traded manufacturer of highly engineered products and solutions for the global printing equipment market. In both positions, Mr. Lauricella was responsible for the structuring and placement of more than $150 million of debt and equity capital. He also served as President of Baldwin’s Document Finishing Systems business. Beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Tax Manager, Mr. Lauricella holds a BBA in accounting from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
Lisa Warren is Chief Customer Officer for Mediant, responsible for business development and client retention. She serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Management Committee. Prior to joining Mediant, Ms. Warren was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Proxy Monitor (now Institutional Shareholder Services), where she managed the institutional sales team and was Regional Director for the Northeast, UK and Europe. Previously, she served as Head of Institutional Sales at Polyconomics, an economic research and publishing firm and Regional Manager at Rochdale Securities, a brokerage firm representing a wide range of independent research products. Ms. Warren is a partner in Gimme Credit, a leading provider of independent corporate bond research. She is also a board member of Rock the Street Wall Street, a financial and investment literacy program designed to spark the interest of high school girls into finance. Ms. Warren holds a BA in economics and political science from the University of Colorado.
Stacey Robinson is Chief Information Security Officer for Mediant. He is responsible for the ongoing delivery of, and enhancements to, the company’s information risk management and security program and also oversees compliance with information access, security and privacy regulations. Previously, Mr. Robinson worked at Zaloni as Vice President of Engineering after serving as Mediant’s Chief Technology Officer since the company’s inception. Prior to that, he served as Director of Information Technology at Proxy Monitor, where he developed the first online proxy voting service in the industry. With more than 25 years of enterprise software development experience, Mr. Robinson has led numerous commercial software projects, including the Asset Insight and Asset Baseline products user interface and database development group at Tangram Enterprise Solutions, and software integration projects at Scientific Technical Analysis Corporation and at the Central Intelligence Agency. He holds a BS in computer science from The Citadel and an MSCS from George Mason University.
Chris Nobles is Chief Technology Officer for Mediant. Joining the company in 2003 as Director of Software Engineering, he brings more than 20 years of experience leading commercial enterprise software implementations and integrations, primarily in the financial services industry. Previously, Mr. Nobles served as Director of Engineering at Proxy Monitor, responsible for the architecture of the first online proxy voting service in the industry. He holds a BA in computer science from North Carolina State University.
Gussie Tate is Senior Vice President of Operations for Mediant. Bringing extensive experience managing operational areas and projects within retail brokerage and investment banking, she is responsible for overseeing Mediant’s operations, leading the effort to manage service delivery, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and service-level standards are achieved. Prior to joining Mediant, Ms. Tate worked at First Citizens Investor Services as senior brokerage operations manager. Previously, she held investment and broker operations management roles at Wells Fargo Advisors/First Clearing, Credit-Suisse Group/Asset Servicing and Wachovia Securities/Operations. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University and holds a FINRA Series 99 license.
